If you follow the program with 100% adherence and give it your all, you WILL succeed. If you even are 80% adherent you'll change dramatically!
If reaching your goal takes a bit more time than we expected, as long as you're putting in the work then I will work with you until you get the result you want.

What does your coaching program teach?
I teach you how to incorporate healthy habits into your lifestyle in a way that will be realistic for you long term. Not just for the time that you are in the program.
I also teach you how much and what kinds of foods you should be eating to reach your goal and also the most efficient way to train to lose fat and build muscle.

How is this different than all the other workout programs I’ve already tried?
This isn't a generic one size fits all program and meal plan.
This program contains everything you need to completely transform your body WITHOUT using crazy diets, endless cardio or spending hours in the gym.
It's truly 1 on 1 coaching where we find the best workout program and eating strategy for you and your lifestyle.
Plus we communicate often and you have and added layer of accountability to keep you on the right path when things get tough.
Will I get a step-by-step roadmap even if I’m just getting back into shape?
YES! You'll get everything you need to reach your goals.
All you need to do is show up for yourself and put in the work.
How do I know if I’m ready to join your program? I feel I am way too busy with my work and kids. I hardly have time to take a shower.
There will never be a "perfect" time to start. There will always be something that pops up.
The longer you wait, the longer it'll be for you to get results.
So even if you're busy, if you are fed up and want to make a real change, now is always the best time to get started.

I am just coming back after an injury. Can you still help me?
If you've been cleared by your doctor and/or your Physiotherapist to begin strength training, you're good to go!
I have a background in Athletic Therapy so I can work around your limitations make sure that your workouts are appropriate.
Do you include check in’s to make sure I’m staying on track?
Our check-in system is the cornerstone to your success.
Each week you'll check-in via a series of in-depth questions. Don't worry, it only takes about 3 minutes!
These questions will provide me with everything I need to know to keep you on track with your goals
You will get video feedback from me every week to ensure that you are 100% clear on what you need to do.
Do I need a gym membership to participate or can I workout from home?
Either is fine. I will make sure you get the most effective workout possible no matter what equipment you have access to.
What if I don't want to lose weight, just lose fat?
That's totally fine.
I have helped many clients maintain their weight while only losing fat.
Do I need to be ready to train 2 hours a day and 6 days a week?
Absolutely not!
I create your workout plan around your schedule and how much time you can realistically commit to each week
Do you oversee my actual workout program and nutrition plans?
Yes. I will be monitoring everything you're doing from my end.
Your workouts, your nutrition, literally everything.
How long does the program last?
We have a 3 month option and a 6 month option. On the call, we can discuss which would be the best option for you.
Is there a discount if you pay-in-full?
Yes. In fact, most members opt for the 'Paid In Full' option, as the savings can be quite substantial.
I'll have multiple payment options to discuss with you at the end of our Strategy Call.
I have never hired a fitness coach and it’s intimidating. Shouldn’t I make some progress on my own first?
Let me ask you this...
If you were already making progress then you probably wouldn't be reading this right now.
Your best bet is to stop procrastinating and to start getting real results now.
What if I have food allergies? Will you force me to eat what’s on your meal plan?
One of the beautiful things about this program is my Flexible Nutrition Framework that I teach you.
You will NOT be expected to follow a strict, boring meal plan. Instead, you'll learn how to achieve your goals using complete nutritional freedom.
Can I still drink wine on the weekends?
YES! I will teach you how to enjoy the foods you love while still achieving your goals!
How do I pay and lock in my spot?
Your best bet is to finalize your application and book your Strategy Call.
Once we're on the call, getting you enrolled in the program is super quick and easy.
What if I need to speak to someone in my circle before making a decision.
If you're not the final decision maker in regards to joining the program, it's best to have everyone there on the call to ask questions and be clear on how everything works.
This will help you come to a decision more quickly and ultimately get you results faster!
