Hey there! I'm Rob Allen and I'm the creator of Fat Loss For Life.

I graduated in 2004 with a degree in Exercise Science where I specialized in Athletic Therapy and Clinical Exercise Physiology

I first started training people in 2001. In the past 20 years I've worked with everyone from absolute beginners to professional athletes

I've helped people improve their endurance, build muscle and improve their athletic performance. As much as I've loved all of these experiences, the thing that gives me the most satisfaction is helping people lose fat because not only does do wonders for your overall confidence, it's also a major factor in becoming healthier and preventing disease later on in life.

I've gotten so sick of all of these quick fixes that always end up doing more harm than good.

  Do I need a gym membership to participate or can I workout from home?

Either is fine. I will make sure you get the most effective workout possible no matter what equipment you have access to.

  What if I don't want to lose weight, just lose fat?

That's totally fine. 

I have helped many clients maintain their weight while only losing fat.

  Do I need to be ready to train 2 hours a day and 6 days a week?

Absolutely not! 

I create your workout plan around your schedule and how much time you can realistically commit to each week

  Do you oversee my actual workout program and nutrition plans?

Yes. I will be monitoring everything you're doing from my end.

  How long does the  program last?

We have a 3 month option and a 6 month option. On the call, we can discuss which would be the best option for you.
